The Wabanaki Nations have vibrant flags with important symbols, colors, and aspects of place.
Join the Abbe Museum’s Curator of Education to learn about the Maliseet, Mi'kmaq, Passamaquoddy and Penobscot flags' imagery and connections to community. Then create a (paper) flag for your community or family that incorporates three aspects of place, color, and symbol that are important to your community or family
(This workshop is best for ages 7 and up)
