In honor of Indigenous People’s Day, the Abbe Museum Education Team will be hosting a discussion about stereotypes and Indigenous representations in American pop culture. This arch of dialogue will present the images prevalent in American society relating to Indigenous peoples, investigate why these images exist, and look new efforts of self-representation among Native peoples. This program is excellent for families though might not be ideal for those under the age 9.

This program is free and open to the public. Space is limited, please inquire by email educator@abbemuseum.org or calling us at 207-288-3519.
