Wolves in Winter
Josh is a student at Mount Desert Island High School, and has lived here most of his life. He started working with Southwest Harbor artist Judy Taylor a couple of years ago, and has moved from drawing to painting. Josh says of his paddle:
"This is only my third of fourth painting, so it was a little intimidating placing it on public display, but I had a good idea of what I wanted to do so I accepted the challenge. I got my inspiration from a pair of freestyle skis made by my favorite ski company, who have sick graphics. I sketched out my idea and got started. Judy helped me along the way and it was pretty fun to paint. I like the final product and I hope some of you do too."
