David Moses Bridges, Passamaquoddy
David Moses Bridges' family has been steeped in the traditional Native arts of basket making and canoe making for generations. Winner of the 2007 Traditional Arts Fellowship from the Maine Commission on the Arts and the 2008 Artist-in-Residence award from the Eiteljorg Museum in Indianapolis, David has gained national recognition for his artworks in etched birch bark.
