Diane Eriksson

paddle art

Watercolor  2 ¼" x 3 ½", framed in 8" x 10"

As a new resident on Mount Desert Island, Diane Eriksson is in good company with many artists who have come here and been inspired by Acadia and the surrounding area.  Using brilliant watercolor, she attempts to capture the essential magic of the natural world inviting a close-up examination of a large space rendered very small.  Diane’s ambition is to make her art resonant, evocative and affordable.
