Navajo Late Classic Wearing Blanket, 1870-75. Mixed commercial and raveled wool yarns, including Saxony and bayeta, and indigo, cochineal, and aniline dyes. Purchased by Abby and John D. Rockefeller, Jr., 1926.  
 
   
Dakota (Sioux) paired saddlebags, 1875-85. Tanned hide, lazy-stitch beadwork embroidering, sinew, and tin cones with tufts of dyed red horsehair. Purchased in 1924 by John D. Rockefeller, Jr., at Glacier Park Hotel.
